Moose Sisters True Cuisine & Spirit Coming Soon to Cascade Village
Cascade Village Shopping Center is excited to announce the addition of Moose Sisters True Cuisine & Spirit to our eclectic restaurant lineup.
Moose Sisters True Cuisine & Spirit comes to Bend from owners and twin sisters Maxine Veloso and Marlene Rinerson. Expect an authentic menu of comfort food made from the freshest, locally grown ingredients and creatively presented with their signature spirit.
From Sun Valley to Bend
Maxine and Marlene know a thing or two about the restaurant industry and have had success for more than 15 years in their former venture in Sun Valley, Idaho. The sisters created The Moose Girls Cafe (formerly The Rustic Moose) in Sun Valley and Ketchum, Idaho, which grew from humble beginnings.
The Moose Girls Cafe has become a part of the Sun Valley lifestyle, which has us excited to see how Moose Sisters True Cuisine & Spirit blends into the Bend dining scene. Maxine’s food may be difficult to categorize, but it’s easy to enjoy. From their classic Moose chips to vegan soups, there will be something for everyone at Moose Sisters.
The Moose Girls Cafe has it’s own claim to fame, as it was featured on Food Network’s Rachel’s Vacation. On the show, Rachel Ray drops by the restaurant to enjoy delicious comfort food and “one of the best breakfasts in town.” Bend definitely has something to look forward to this summer.

The sister duo moved to Bend last year and became enamored with the incredible view of the Three Sisters from their new space at Cascade Village Shopping Center. This breathtaking view became the inspiration for a revamp of their brand name with a nod to the beautiful Cascades Mountain Range. From this inspiration, Moose Sisters True Cuisine & Spirit was conceived.
Moose Sisters True Cuisine & Spirit opens summer 2016 in Cascade Village Shopping Center. Maxine and Marlene invite you to meet them above the square and enjoy the views and delicious cuisine at Moose Sisters True Cuisine & Spirit. The Moose sisters were an incredible asset to Ketchum.. Marlene is a spirited and warm presence in the front of the restaurant, and Maxine’s food will put a smile on your face and a satisfied feeling in your belly. Lucky you, Bend!
