The Lego haven opened in July of this year and has a wide selection of products that will appeal to even the most discerning Lego lovers. Not only do they have new and used sets, but they also carry rare pieces and discontinued sets, as well as bulk Legos, mini-figures, and base sets.
Want a bit of Lego flare? Dakota’s also has fun Lego-brand accessories like lunch bags, backpacks, keychains, ornaments, and more! Plus, the store itself is a fun experience that features giant, floor-to-ceiling Lego installations created by the owners and staff. If that’s not inspirational, we don’t know what is.
Sell or Trade Your Pre-Loved Legos
Dakota’s Brick Shop also has a great selling and trading program. Book an appointment to have your pre-loved Legos evaluated and get store credit or cash for them! Dakota’s even offers a few tips to make sure you get a good deal:
- Ensure your items are clean, trash-free, and not broken (even small components).
- Sets that are completed and have their original box and instructions have the best chance of eligibility.
- They accept sealed set boxes as long as they’re retired.
- New, in-box sets currently available are also accepted with proof of purchase.
Theoretically, this is a great way to clear your house of clutter, but let’s be honest: it also makes room for new Legos!
