We know, we know. It’s a big statement: “the best shopping in Bend, Oregon.” But we can back it up. First, a little history on the CVSC if you’re not familiar. In 1998, this property was home to an indoor shopping mall that had survived past the mall frenzy of the 1980s. After purchasing the 34-acre space, we began renovations for the Oregon chalet-inspired craftsman architecture that’s synonymous with the CVSC. In 2005, the shopping center we know and love today was once again ready for the public.
What Makes the CVSC Unique?

The pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, elaborate landscaping design, and Village plaza area with water or fire features (depending on the season) make the entire shopping experience unique.
