And while many restaurants have had to cut down their prices and offerings, they are also finding ways to creatively package their food and to virtually increase their presence via social media.

Need a little extra pick-me-up? These restaurants are fighting through the changes. The food service locations still open at the CVSC are offering full and limited menus on local favorites. And while it’s true the hours may have changed and some items may not be available, these companies are stepping up for the community.
Some, like El Rancho Grande, are even hopping on the drinks-to-go trend with their cocktail mixes available for pickup or delivery.
