Ingredients:

- 1 cup TJ’s Fancy Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1/4 cup TJ’s Roasted Corn
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Microwave cream cheese in 1-minute intervals, whipping with a fork until warm and smooth. Add Cowboy Caviar, pepper jack cheese, and 3/4 cup Mexican blend cheese, and stir to combine. Scrape mixture into prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese and roasted corn.
- Bake for 30 minutes until browned and bubbling. Cool and dig in using your TJ’s dipping chips of choice.

Ingredients:
- TJ’s fresh or Frozen Roasted Corn
- TJ’s Everything but the Elote Seasoning Blend
- ¼ stick butter
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- One lime
Directions:
